Air conditioning

It is natural that mobile work places are set up in all possible climatic zones. So the personnel deployed is able to give 100% anywhere, the “mobile workplaces” have to be supplied with cool or warm air, depending on the circumstances.

elnic accomplishes this with a variety of systems that can also work independently on request and still provide the necessary electrical energy!

Portable Air Conditioning Systems

elnic has developped portable AC units with energy modules to air condition cases with different Height Units. 4HU, 6HU, 7HU, 10Hu and 14HU. They can cool or heat the built-in equipment. Switching between cooling and heating operation is carried out automatically.

The purpose of these AC units is to keep the interior at a desired constant temperature level, regardless of the prevailing outside temperature.

Self-sufficient air conditioning system

New task areas of the Armed Forces require flexible, easily adaptable and expandable air conditioners with a universal range of application, especially for existing systems.

The product family “AKA – self-sufficient air conditioners” was developed especially for this purpose. This solution offers an expandable air conditioning system with an almost unlimited spectrum of use.

When the AKA was designed and developed, it was made sure that retrofitting the system would be as easy as possible with only slight changes to the system.

Basic Concept

Essentially, the AKA is a split air conditioning system. The outdoor part contains a diesel drive with AC compressor and condenser. The indoor part consists of an evaporator and a re-circulating air fan. The two components are connected by refrigerant hoses, electrical control wires and supply lines. Due to its modular form the inside part may be adapted relatively easy and fast to its wished-for place of installation.

WSK: Combined power generation, air conditioning and grid infeed system for mobile operating sites.

The worldwide use of mobile cabins and containers requires mobile units to have autonomous electrical energy and partial air conditioning.

The WSK series can be deployed as a complete unit diesel / generator / air conditioning / fan module / grid feeding.

The circulating air module with evaporator and heater can be mounted separately as a split unit.

Power supply and air conditioning all in one

wek

The WEK1, the power supply and air-conditioning module is a combined power supply, intended to be installed in or attached to cabins or vehicles.

It has these essential tasks:

  • Supply the electrical consumers of the working space inside the container with electrical power (230V 50Hz AC) using an external power supply line via an isolating transformer.
  • Conditioning temperature inside the container at different ambient temperatures to a temperature tolerable for the staff and to a level safe for the installed equipment. The difference in cooling mode between outdoor and indoor temperature should be max. 15K, for ergonomic reasons.

WEK2 is intended to be attached to vehicles or cabins and has five essential tasks:

  • Supply the electrical consumers of the working space inside the container with electrical power (400/230V 50Hz AC) using an external power supply line.
  • Supply the electrical consumers with electrical power (24 GS) in the container.
  • Distribution of power and securing the cabin loads (AC/DC distribution).
  • Charge the FM battery (internal/external).
  • Conditioning temperature inside the container at different ambient temperatures to a temperature tolerable for the staff and to a level safe for the installed equipment. The difference in cooling mode between outdoor and indoor temperature should be max. 15K.

WEK4 is a combined power supply, intended for installation in technical rooms of containers

It has two main tasks:

  • Supply the electrical consumers with electrical energy (400/230V 50Hz AC) inside the container using an external power supply line.
  • Conditioning temperature inside the container at different ambient temperatures to a temperature tolerable for the staff and to a level safe for the installed equipment. The difference in cooling mode between outdoor and indoor temperature should be max. 15K.
